On another note... the rest of the Devon complex is looking pretty good. I held the camera over the fence to get some up close pictures of the future courtyard area. You can see that most of the glass has been installed.

Construction Progress of Devon Tower 08/19/2011
It appears that the concrete portion of the Devon Tower is finished. Now at the top, they are installing some sort of steel structure. This new part is following the V made at the top from the concrete pillars. The concrete only goes to 48 floors, so, I imagine that they are using the steel to finish the final two floors. The top of the tower is supposed to look like this:
